These terms and conditions apply to the orders and the purchases you make through Len.Ok linen online shop, which is available on and all subpages to the website. By ordering from, you agree to these conditions apply to you and UAB DreamTex (hereinafter the "Len.Ok"). 

All products displayed on the site are in American Dollars (USD)

All items that you see on are ready to ship. We provide free shipping of Len.Ok items worldwide! We accept returns. 

How the contract is formed between you and Len.Ok?

1. Firstly, please make sure that your shipping address is correct while making payment through PayPal. If you would like to ship to another address (not that one that mentioned in your card information) don't put a tick in checkout to "Ship to my billing address"

2.  After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from acknowledging that we have received your order. 

3. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email in 3-4 weeks after payment. There you will find your tracking number.

4. If You wish to cancel your order: you should notify us by email ( before we have dispatched the goods to you (1 week). If goods have already been dispatched to you, you should return goods to us in accordance with clause RETURNS.


- We provide free shipping. 

- Handling time and time before dispatch - 3-4 weeks.

- Orders will be shipped from Europe. 

- We always provide a tracking number. After payment is received and purchase is handled and despatched - we will contact you via e-mail to give a tracking number (3-4 weeks after the moment of purchase)

- We ship via state mail service: USPS, Canadapost, Auspost, Nzpost etc. It depends on your location. Priority delivery only.

- Please allow about 10-35 days for the delivery. It may take longer if customs hold back packages.


- We accept PayPal. If you use PayPal, your financial information is kept private and every PayPal payment is followed by an email confirming your transaction.

- We accept credit card payments through PayPal.


In order to guarantee that you are 100 % satisfied with your linen, you have the possibility to return your item within 14 days after receiving a parcel. The only condition is that the goods will be returned in the original condition i.e. that it is not used

If you want to cancel your purchase (before you had received a tracking number) - be aware that a refund of money will be done through 3 business days and for this operation PayPal automatically will take 8% of the paid amount. 

If you need to return an item, please, contact customer service at right after delivery. State your order number, products you wish to return, and the reason why. We will answer you and give you the address to send an item. 

Used items won't be accepted. The goods must be returned to Len. Ok intact, undamaged, with their original packaging and as soon as reasonably possible. On the returned items the cost of the postage & packaging will be paid by the customers. You may return new, packed items sold by within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.  Refund will be made after receiving the item back.

 If you had been received the damaged or defective item - please make a photo of a defect and send us.

Please, put your attention on the fact that the colors we see on the display totally depend on the adjustments and type of the monitor and camera they were made with. We use only professional photos to show our customers the most real colors. But we are not responsible for the subjective perception of the colors. That’s why we offer free shipping swatches of all Len.Ok fabrics for those who is not sure about the color or shade. Please, order swatches first.

Color perception is not a reason for a return.

 This website, found under the URL, is operated by PTE “Dreamtex” and references to "we", "us" and "our" shall be deemed to be references to LenokLinen. References to "you", and "your" shall be deemed to be references to any person placing an order via this website.

1. Ordering from us

1.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgment, detailing the products you have ordered after payment.

1.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation and tracking number by email. 

1.3 We may refuse to accept an order:

(a) where goods are not available;

(b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;

(c) if there has been a pricing or product description error;

2. Pricing

All prices not include taxes of the country the package will be posted to. You are responsible of all customs taxes given.

Unfortunately, we can not take a responsibility for customs duties and taxes charged in your country, nor do we carry this information. Please make sure you know what are the requirements for import in your own country. International Buyers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries (Import taxes, duties etc.). 3. Cancellation and returns policy

3.1 if You wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you;

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 3.2 below.

3.2 You can return goods you have ordered from within 14 days of receipt  for a refund of goods you purchased from us. The acceptable reasons for a return you can find in 4.3. The delivery costs of your order and cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Items must be returned to us in undamaged, unpacked, unused condition, otherwise, the refund won’t be made

3.3 Acceptable reasons for return

(a) where goods in a parcel are not as stated in the order

(b) where goods are damaged or wasted;

3.4 The rights to return the goods  to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances:

(a) in the event that the product has been used;

(b) to any products that we have made or customized specifically for you.

(c) where the reason of satisfaction is a color perception.

3.5 If the goods are damaged or we sent you incorrect order and you sent it back to us the replacement of the goods will be arranged or full refund will be issued after we will receive the item. However, the delivery costs of your order is on you (exception are in 4.3)
