How to make a perfect bruschetta?
January 7, 2018
We have been working a lot on new collections of stonewashed linen bedding - DUCK EGG and SAGE GREEN. Now they are available in store.
After a last long day working on it we make a little standing dinner. This after-newyear-and-Christmas evening we decided to make something simple and not very time-taking - bruschettas. This is a fresh and delicious Italian appetizer that we all love to prepare, as it takes minutes and involves lots of fantasy.
Needed:
- ciabatta
- one duck breast
- orange marmalade (or any not very sweet marmalade)
- goat cheese
- camembert
Bread:
Heat your grill over medium-high heat, something near 300°.
Add the oil and garlic to your ciabatta slices.
Fry bread about 4 minutes.
Meat:
Season duck breast with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium-high heat, something near 300° for 8-10 minutes.
Slice and put on grilled bread on a layer of orange marmalade, goat cheese, camembert.
Serve with any favorite sauces and olives, nuts.
