Ideal grocery list - is it real?

You won't believe - but there are no two same grocery lists in the world. This tiny but so vital thing is always depending on people's needs and appreciations. But it obviously should be based on not only you need or want right now, but on full and deep research - what your organism really can't live without.

Where should we start creating a grocery list?

First of all, we need to refuse to buy something only suitable for special crazy recipes, something that is not growing in your area, and anything that may be considered as a junk food

So the list must consist of food which fits the ability to prepare to fulfiling and filling meals when needed.

Why do Do we need it?

This is a generous way to prevent buying everything that to see - and all of the big groceries are made to create this amazing feeling of shopping every single product that you don't need at all. So, if you have a goal - you'd be more organized and stable while shopping.

So, get your favorite shopping tote bag on your shoulder - and let's start

Main focus

Try to focus on the key ingredients for basic meals to keep you ticking over. Once you’ve got the basics in, you can then start expanding to include more complex meals and comprehensive meal plans. Don't be mad if you need to get back to a shelf you have started with - most of the researches on people's behavior saying that people, who spend more time in the shop spend less money.

  • That is why intuitive and fast shopping which is not based on a thoughtful list is much more expensive
  • Consider frozen produce – Although fresh fruit and veg are considered the kings of healthy eating, don’t be too quick to overlook frozen versions. Whilst they are a little more pricey, they keep for a lot longer.
  • Try not to buy too much – everybody wants to buy in bulk and save money on a quantity. Don't be fooled with all this bulk offers - this is a waste of money, the same as a food waste, which means you end up realistically spending more than you’ve saved.

Meat & Fish Start at most expensive and valuable things (even when they are situated in the center of the store)

2 Go to grains & bread This is obviously needed

Try to face reality - and imagine how much of bread your family can consume in a "100 gr per person a day" formula

3 Oil & Fat

Cooking oil – you’re going to need this to cook most things. For healthier options, opt for olive oil - try no find not refined one

4 Dairy & Eggs

Stop here to say again: don’t buy what you don’t need. Stick to the essentials with a shopping list. Five yogurts are enough.

5 Fruits and vegetables

Don’t forget about onion and garlic

6 Seeds and nuts – these are great for filling and healthy snacks

Try to buy them instead of cookies and sweets

7 Condiments + Herbs & spices

Have a pleasant shopping!
