Sneezing, coughing, runny nose, congested head, congested chest. Sinus infections, bronchitis, colds that turned into bronchitis, allergies, pneumonia.
Walking pneumonia sounds as sci-fi horror flick. But it's actually a scary kind of pneumonia. It can be much softer than the other types, and you usually don’t stay in the hospital with it. You could have walking pneumonia and not even know it.
But did you know that many types of pneumonia can be caused by allergies? And after all these hyper-allergy seasons we are still under a danger of getting this on our lungs.

And all of the things you bring into the house, bring into your corners, sofas and beds stay here for a long time, causing coughing coming in with upper respiratory problems.
Doctors say if the allergies are clobbering you, use a saline wash to clean your sinuses out. And try showering before going to bed to wash all the pollen off. But if the problem in fungus what you can do:
Every day try to do full in-and-out in your house. Try to use two-sides one window method.
DO DEEP CLEANING
Try to clean your sofas, mattresses deeply every month of the winter season.
MAKE YOUR BED
Try not to forget to make your bed every morning, don’t leave it unmade for all day. It will take in lots of bacteria during this time.
USE LINEN INSTEAD OF COTTON
Linen has antibacterial and anti fungus properties - neither cotton nor satin can make your bed more allergy safe than linen bedding.
